Users are responsible for ensuring physical activity and device telemetry provided to the platform is accurate. B2B portal users are strictly bound by HIPAA compliance agreements and must handle any exported datasets securely.

3. Intellectual Property

All AI models, predictive algorithms, proprietary software layers, and visual interfaces are the intellectual property of Gyroment Biotech. Reverse engineering structural models from platform outputs is strictly prohibited.
